(plus any materials and Mybuilder shortlist fee) Although I am usually very quick and like to be done as soon as possible. I'm always polite, cheerful and try to be as respectful as I can towards you and your property. Please only shortlist if you are happy with my rates outlined above and are serious about using my services, as tradesmen are charged for the privilege of being shortlisted on here even if we don't win the job.
