Note on Drilling: For external cameras, I must drill through the full depth of your wall. This creates noise and brick dust. While I work tidily, please be prepared for this disruption. TV Mounting: Secure wall mounting for TVs using proper fixings to ensure they are safe and level. Flat-Pack & Assembly: I build furniture properly—square, solid, and without leftover screws. General Repairs: Like-for-like electrical swaps (sockets/lights/switches) and general household maintenance.
