Rafael did quite a few things when we bought our house before we moved in. He sanded the wooden floors and varnished them, painted one of room, fitted brackets for a wall mounted TV and other odd jobs, repairing some cupboards, changing some windows and various other things. He discovered the wooden structure of our terrace was rotten and we ended up asking Rafael to repair it and change the slats. He did a great job and we now have a nice wooden terrace we love. Communication was quite easy by text and email, Rafael is thorough and pays attention to details. He did a good job for all things we asked for. We will certainly work with him again if we need things done in the house.

I had a very positive experience working with Konstantinos. He is personable, reliable, professional and excellent at co-operating throughout the process. He repainted my entire flat/walls/ceilings to a high standard (and sanded down) he also helped address a few additional repairs along the way. The finish is clean, fresh, and has completely transformed the space. He was thorough and ensured everything was completed properly and on time. I particularly appreciated his attention to detail and his proactive approach in taking care of things I hadn’t even noticed. WARNING DO NOT HIRE We have recently redone our whole flat and We asker Zachary to box in some pipe work, lay laminate floor, install skirtking boards and radiator cover and then paint wood work which ended up costing £2700 even though th quote was for much less we think he did this to get the job over the other quotes we received The standard of work was absolutely shocking and sadly we were away whilst he finishers and he pushed us into paying before we could see it claiming he needed it desperately (I know rookie mistake on our part) He claimed he sanded down the wood work but everything was rough to the touch and had old paint chips coming through. after hiring another tradman to Put it right they told me he had not even applied a top coat and had only painted with primer after emailing back and forth for weeks he after first denying our issues promised to come fix the issues however after pestering him for over a month this did not materialise and he didn’t get in contact with us. The laminate flooring is coming away from the walls and some of the joints are not clicked in place properly we are gutted we used him and not somewith more feedback We won’t be making that mistake ever again. The skirting board has huge bits of dried glue coming out on some of the edges honestly I don’t know how he could leave a job like this - some people have no shame! DO NOT HIRE THIS GUY! PERMAN WAS EASY TO MESSAGE TO ORGANISE THE JOB BEFORE COMING. HE WAS PUNCTUAL AND WELL PRESENTED. THE CURTAIN POLES HE FITTED WERE DONE WELL AND IN A REASONABLE TIME. HE HUNG THE CURTAINS TOO. SOME DUST LEFT OVER BUT IT WAS EASY TO CLEAN AND JUST A SMALL AMOUNT. GOOD PRICE. WOULD HIRE AGAIN.
