UNRELIABLE & NOT TRUSTWORTHY 1. £1350 for materials no receipt and certain the materials were approximately £800 2. He laid slabs pathetically and cost me £1500 in labour and materials. And never returned when he said he was going to give money towards the loss caused. 3. Laid membrane and gravel like a 5 year olds painting. 4. Awkward sleepers laid. Not cut straight. 5. Completely immature. 6. Penny Wise & Pound Foolish 7. He don’t keep his promises. And certainly is not an honest man 8. IF YOU WANT GUTTERS & TOILETS CLEANED HE IS THE BEST MAN FOR THE JOB. I gave him many chances to fix things and be straight with me. But nothing materialised. Finally I wish him the very best in life and hope he finds his way & becomes a successful gentleman.

I’m extremely disappointed with the standard of work carried out. The painting & decorating were completed to a very poor standard, with a careless finish throughout and a need for constant supervision. There were repeated issues with punctuality, as he regularly arrived late. The workmanship was unacceptable. My wallpaper has been damaged, when I raised concerns about scratch marks, I was told they could simply be covered with a pencil, which is not an appropriate solution. In addition, the finish along the skirting boards is uneven and jagged. I am very upset by the quality of the work and do not feel that it meets a professional standard. Based on my experience, I would not recommend his services. I have photographs showing the issues and am happy to provide them if required. Not a received a response, with my concerns. With his callousness he broke my beautiful glass vase which he knocked off £20 for he should’ve been more careful but he’s very careless & clumsy. Remain anonymous
