Left him to do his work and came back to everything up and in place just as I had asked, also cleaned up after himself with nothing for me to do except put my clothes in, very happy and satisfied with his work. Exactly what I had hoped I was hiring. Very lovely and knowledgable person. I booked him in to do more jobs in my house including a bathroom which I showed him and on him agreeing to do the job I ordered the materials for it, with his advice. I’ve sadly been let down. I don’t understand why and he hasn’t responded to my messages. It’s made life difficult as I have a kid doing exams and A levels and now I have £4k of materials here with no one to fit them sitting outside my front door ! I offered chunky day rate or asked him to quote for the job but I’ve been met with silence. We hope he’s ok.

Very helpful, polite and knowledgeable. He and his colleague looked at the issue and tried to eliminate all the causes of the damp. He came back to check everything is fine and also offered to return if the issue was not solved. Very polite and cleaned the carpet after the work. Our issue has been fixed and he gave us tips on how to maintain the house condensation.

Constantin and his team were brilliant. He was prompt, diligent, hard working and flexible. He has an eye fore detail and is a perfectionist - what more could you want. He straightened a wall and a ceiling, laid a floor, built a planter, installed some lighting, and did a number of smaller handiwork around the house.

I will be neutral in this review. Pros- Paolo was quick to respond to do all the jobs on my list (kitchen handles, tv wall brackets and shelving). We agreed on a date and informed him of the colour of handles. He was covid safe in my house. If he needed any items he went to the local hardware shop while on the job. He was flexible and agreed to put up a mirror which was outside of original scope but one job from the original scope had been removed. Cons- He got the wrong handles (despite several written messages stating the colour) forcing me go to Howden’s on the day and queue up for an hour to get the correct handles. Later he said he didn’t have to tools to install the kitchen handles anyway. I had to stop my day to help him with the tv bracket instructions. He did two out of three brackets agreed. After he left I realised there were missing elements in one bracket which I now have to rectify. There was inadequate protection put up in the areas being drilled - so a lot of dust ended up on the floor and furniture. He did offer to clear up later but there was no time. He made measuring errors which meant there are now four visible holes in my living room chimney breast at eye level. No apology received. He offered to put it right - if we wanted him to. Now we have to correct these visible defects. He also put up some shelving incorrectly and had to redo the holes. This is a factual account of events.
