The worse tradesman ever. I stupidly trusted Chris to refurb 3 student houses for me as an overseas landlord. He charged over £35,000 for basically 3 very bad paint jobs. He cut every corner in the book, leading to nothing but complaints all year. He patched a new carpet installation and hid the errors under a bed, didn't paint a single ceiling and got paint all over the furnishings and carpets. On many occasions he and his equally useless staff didn't turn up for weeks. All he was interested in was a never ending supply of funds from me. When he was finally asked by a new agent to attend to his snagging, which was plentiful, he quit the job. In the short space of time between that and now he has had his staff gain illegal access to my houses and dumped rubbish and furniture in my yards. He has also threatened to infect my properties with rats that he breeds and told me to expect to have "a very bad year" as a landlord with my properties. A total thug and Cowboy. Do not hire

Karl and the team were punctual, informative on the process of everything going on and the finish is better than it was before the leak. Really happy with the results. They outsourced electrical work and left me nothing to think about other than providing tea and crumpets on their arrival! Couldn't ask for much more after such a stressful few weeks when the problems occured.

I haven’t hired him yet HOWEVER his knowledge was way above the average in all areas! I talked to MANY people giving me wrong advice then i did my research and i asked all of these things from him, he basically told me exactly the same thing i have researched and backed up with evidence. His knowledge is way more than an average handyman or carpenter. He knows what he is doing.

we discussed the painting of outside garden walls both front and rear. I told I had a painter who jet washed the walls but could not continue because he had a fall and hurt his back. So I looked at my builder and phoned Yordan who came and looked at the job. The paint was already here so we agreed a time and date of his starting. He arrived at the agreed time and did a really good job and I would definitely recommend him. A very pleasant and polite guy.

Gave them the job, agreed the price they quoted and then 4 days before they were due to start we received a phone with a dubious excuse as to why they couldn't do it. Totally unimpressed having wasted weeks and now having to find new contractors. Impossible to recommend any business that is this unprofessional

Very happy with the work. I was kept informed about what they were doing through the time they were here. They never recommended that I needed extra work doing as some others quotes told me I needed. They were clean and tidy and the work looks great. I would not hesitate at recommending them or getting them back for further work.
