Hi there, i’ve been a Plumber and Painter for approximately 11 years now, without sounding big headed i believe i am of high quality standard when it comes to plumbing. I’ve worked for a few big Plumbing companies which was great for the experience etc, however for the past 6 years i’ve gone self employed. What i also do differently to others, is that i offer ofcourse a personal guarantee with my plumbing works ofcourse not that that i hardly have to come back to repair but sometimes occasionally there could be manufacturers faults with either appliances an fittings, but for peace of mind i give 1 year with my jobs. My job experiences an history ranges from small plumbing repair new install works for landlords, tenants and Estate agents, to Private Clients wanting me to 1st, 2nd to 3rd fixing new plumbing installations of baths, sinks luxury taps relocations of plumbing works etc. I am very trustworthy, reliable, honest tradesman as i like to give myself a good name. I am fully vetted with a clean record for peace of mind. I started Plumbing since i was 22, i am very good at my job, i also specialise in Painting also and we take of Cleaning duties also. I complete my jobs very honestly and keeping disruptions to a minimum as i am very mindful of my working environment. I’m experienced working in all sorts of buildings such as work offices, Coumcil properties Schools, Prisons, Hospitals to different sized houses. I work in a very clean and efficient manner, if i damage anything i ofcourse hold my hands i wear shoe coverings when entering buildings, if property keys are given to me for jobs i still knock on doors before entering just in case anyone is home.

Hello My name is Brett I'm a UK citizen from birth. I have a City and Guilds in Brickwork from a 3 year course 1 day a week at North East Surrey College of Technology {NESCOT} Where not only did i learn the practical side of bricklaying but i was also taught a lot about the correct methods and important building regulations. When on a City and Guilds course because it was a longer course than the todays NVQ {which can be done in as little as 6 months} and the students are only taught to lay bricks without any of the studies that should go with it specifications etcI I was taught how to build specialist brickwork such as Arches stonework and working with flint and many types of different mortar pointing finishes these skills aren't taught at the colleges anymore. I've worked in construction as a bricklayer for 30 years working on very large scale and smaller scale projects. I do with all the years I've been in the bricklaying trade have a very good understanding of the construction and repairs of buildings and outbuildings. I am and always have been hard working and trust worthy. I can explain to any future clients exactly what the problem is with a part of a house/building which is degrading due to the age of the house/building or problems which have been caused on newer houses/buildings due to bad quality workmanship and not following the correct work methods . As well as doing being competent at new large scale building alterations I'm also competent for doing restoration work and small to large alterations and fixing all types of Repairs in any type of construction material. I can also do handyman jobs small plumbing repair jobs And flat pack furniture assembly. I work on my own and for this reason I am extremely competitive for the price of any job that i do. I won't try to take on any job that I'm not 100% sure that I can do it to the best possible standard for you. Because word of mouth is always the best advertisement for any builder.
