We have been working with Derek Borkiewicz (Sebek Construction) on a renovation of a garden flat in Little Venice since last autumn. We needed to completely restore the whole flat, including the garden. This was our second renovation project and by this time we knew what we wanted to do, which mistakes to avoid and what to pretend from a qualified builder. We will never stop saying how lucky we have been to find Derek and his team! Derek is not only a professional builder who is very careful to the smallest of the details. He is not only a very good project manager who is constantly checking the work of his men. Derek is a friend who takes on board a project like it is his own project. He suggested the most convenient and best solutions for any problem we came across during the works. There wasn’t a time when he didn’t know what to do to solve a difficult situation (and there are lots of small and big issues coming up in a renovation work) no matter how complicate they were and how long it took to solve them. His availability and his courtesy are incredible above all in a fast running city like London. This is priceless to us. His hard work can be seen in the wonderful result we reached with this garden flat. If we ever decide to work on another project we won’t think twice about working with Derek once again. In fact, now that we found the perfect man to work with, we are looking forward to finding another renovation project to work on! Monica

I cannot recommend Gregory highly enough for the work he has just finished on my flat. His care and attention to detail of painting my hallway, bathroom and bedroom is amazing and the finish is far better than I could have imagined. He is quick to respond to any query I had and worked such long days for me as I had a deadline that needed meeting. Great workman, polite, considerate & hard working. Greenhouse took 3 days (Fri-Sun) to complete as he was working alone. He worked from morning until it was dark on each day & I can’t fault his workmanship. He even offered to return to fit additional shelves I had ordered as more suitable fittings were required & needed to be ordered.
