Generally, I work for them in the mornings and then complete any private work in the afternoons and evenings. I have experience in various types of floor coverings, primarily carpets and vinyl (Lino) to LVT and sub-flooring in both residential and commercial settings, ensuring a precise and professional finish. I’m a 61yo handyman who has been completing numerous DIY jobs for many years and I’ve also done significant work on yachts and boats. I have a well equipped workshop near Plymouth and I can turn my hand to most jobs in the home including woodwork, painting and decorating, tiling, laying wooden floors, building flat pack furniture, hanging shelves, cupboards, curtain rails and poles etc. I also am good hanging pictures and designing and building displays for art works. I build lots of different items, up cycling, making bespoke lighting and repairing and renovating items very much like the Repair Shop ethos with care and love.
