I have now completed my degree apprenticeship in construction quantity surveying achieving a building science second class honors. I have also ran my own jobs for a main contractor in London and surrounding areas worth up to £4 million. Our lads on the tools all have CSCS cards, and have achieved the relevant carpentry qualifications. We specialize in bespoke garden rooms with our in house labor, and build extensions, refurbs, conversions, and new builds.

When you introduce yourself tell them how you were intrigued or interested in how they executed XYZ. When they finish telling you about the process , then advise what you do and how it is related and how you can help.
