I posted my job and Kashmir replied, visited and quoted promptly. Kashmir project managed the bulk of the garage build and purchased building material with no issues. I sourced and purchased the windows and doors and organised the building inspection. Kashmir’s communication during the build was good notifying me prior to skip deliveries and equipment and material drops which was organised by Kashmir. Kashmir advised me that for adequate drainage a soakaway will be required which was done with no issues along with all other groundworks. As the soakaway was not accounted for in the original quote it was charged as an additional cost. Kashmir also managed the demolition, labouring, waste management, equipment hire and the laying of conduit for electric and data. Kashmir was able to work with some of my suggestions/changes and made them work. My only tiny gripe was some litter left behind the on the site once work was completed but having spoken to others who have had building work done this is common, not much time to clear up tho. Post build I have discovered a few leaks in the roof after notifying Kashmir he organised an appropriate dry day, resealed the leaks and told me to let him know if it still an issue. I would defiantly recommend Kashmir and plan on calling him back for some other jobs I need doing when I can afford it.

The full bathroom was cladded and the bathtub, sink and toilet was installed too and also the pipework got adjusted for all points. Kazim is very professional and reliable, always turned on time and just got on with the job, never wasted time as he always had the right tools and attitude to do an excellent job. Dan called me about the job, very reasonable price, we agreed a day, he gave me a 2 hour time slot & said he would call in advance when he was on his way. On the day he messaged to say he was on his way and would be 30 mins. He arrived promptly, very professional and efficient, asked me to check height of the mirror, explained how he would fix curtain pole, which was falling off. Completed the jobs quickly, even drilled an extra hole for my washing line while he was here and didn't want anything extra. Will definitely contact him again for any odd jobs I need doing or flooring. Thanks Dan.
