I am 69 years of age, a pensioner and the work done by ONR Services is without doubt the worst I have ever experienced. I feel I have been robbed and intimidated. The gate won't shut. The fence is crooked, feather edge panels broken and split. I should not have paid them! With two against one we had a very heated argument with refusal to pay and court action from me a likely outcome unless they corrected the awful job done. They refused! However when they refused and the response from the other side contained statements of 'burglary' I realised this was progressing to clear intimidation. I continued to argue but realised that payment in full in the first instance was probably the path of least resistance. I now have a significant job to make corrections and inevitably pay another contractor to correct the mess that's been left. Certainly I will never even consider to engage ONR SERVICES again and will never consult MyBuilder again. A total very bad and awful experience that I would not wish upon anyone. Avoid ONR SERVICES and avoid MyBuilder!

We have agreed the price and time. Job shouldn’t be taking more then 7,8 days. First day was a bit unlucky due too water pipe joint broke and caused a leak(hallway ceiling damage and needs plaster, paint. Somebody with 30 years experience should switch water supply off though. After that experience I was a bit worried but accidents happened and anybody need a second chance so work was carried on still. Bathtub fitted, wall tiling done, radiator fitted.i was thinking lovely. Do like it. Still few more things to finish our project. Wall shelves were next to do. Tilling over it done. he went home 4 pm. Bathtub was a bit dusty so I’ve done a bit of cleaning. What I have found out shock me a bit. Silicone over on 4 different places so I have removed it and found out scratches on bathtub. Could believe why my builder put silicone over Scratches. Phone him straight away to understand why he did it. What I heard back was shocking. his explanation was even more shocking because apparently he was trying to help me out. He was saying in the morning when he start working scratches were already there. Off Saturday so I was at home. Clearly if you are builder and found out something dodgy you should let customer know straight away to avoid arguing I think. he try to blame me for damaging my bathtub. Doesn’t want to replace damaging goods so I have to terminate our job. Would highly not recommend him at any cost. really not happy. Had to hire another builder to carry on my project.

Highly experienced maintenance guy with part p electric, nvq level 2 painting and decorating and basic plumbing. I'm working as a maintenance for 10 years, full time and I want some private jobs after work to increase my wages. Super fast and very tidy I can fix most of tings in a house.
