I have been trading as a carpenter for over 25 years. I am largely self taught with the tutelage from some very good qualified tradesmen I have worked with over this time. Though I have worked in construction continuously I am now more focused on smaller restoration/repair jobs with a biased towards traditional methods. These include restoration and repair of windows and doors and other architectural elements of an old or listed building. If any joinery is required for this I am able to make this in my small workshop. I am based in east Kent and prefer to stay within 25 miles radius of Sandwich to enable more time working on a project than travelling. Why should you hire me? I am methodical in my execution and believe that work should be done well and to the best possible standard. 'Do it nice or do it twice'!
