Gavin was superb from start to finish for my shower refurbishment. He visited to supply a quote very promptly and at short notice. I was immediately impressed, he is extremely professional, friendly and helpful. Gavin suggested options I hadn't even considered - in fact, he came up with a brilliant solution to my problem. He recommended suitable parts and options. The job was completed ahead of schedule to a fantastic standard. I couldn't have been more delighted with the work! The final fitted shower looks stunning. Gavin and his colleague Gary were a pleasure to deal with at all times, always punctual and extremely conscientious. I would give GCCS the strongest possible recommendation to all! Daniel did an amazing job painting the front and back of our house, including all the woodwork. He was also a great help in introducing us to a restoration company who took the previously painted front back to brick. He was really flexible in working with the restorers. He was very professional and a pleasure to deal with.

Maldiny’s team carried out external redecoration / restoration of a substantial four storey Georgian house in Blackheath, to an exceptionally high standard. Maldiny is an absolute professional, who attended site regularly throughout the day to supervise his tradesman and check that I was happy with progress. His team are clearly skilled, as the work included reinstating period masonry features, restoring a lot of sash windows and refurbishing a very rusty metal staircase. What impressed me most, was Maldiny’s flexibly to reorganise his work around the scaffolding contractors (not his firm), who were late finishing and the needs / wishes of the six flat owners. I would strongly recommend MC’s Building Services and I know they have had interest from another, similar house in the road. The final thing I would add is that Maldiny always responds promptly to calls / messages and things don’t get forgotten - a rarity, in my experience!
