I'm competent and carry out my work to a top standard with ease. I'm not the cheapest... Rates vary depending on location and specification. Small Jobs are strictly on a day rate basis...eg a 3m2 floor I will not commit to on meterage as it falls below a working days money. (200/280 dependant on location). A 30m2 floor I would only commit to on a m2 basis( price would vary depending on the specific job in hand) I'm reliable and reasonable Meterage price for tiling is between 20 and 40 m2 labour only depending on the specification of the job in hand...
