My names sam from SB construction im 24 years old and im currently going private. I have been in the construction industry for 4 years. My work consists of -Carpentry and joinery ie. Stud walls, flat roofs, acoustic panelling, joinery, sheds and cabins. -Handyman/maintenace work ie. Fitting tv brackets, fixing door handles, fixing taps and general maintenance work. Brickwork ie. small walls, re pointing, blockwork and general repairs. Painting and decorating ie. Doors, architrave, skirting walls, mist coat external wood, render, filling and bonding. And a whole lot more I can typically travel anyway up to like 30-50 miles away. As im starting out any work is appreciated to increase my portfolio. If we do business together i will always work with you (the owner) to get the best possible price for you and work around that. My labour costs can change due to the job and other various reasons.

With about 15 years combined experience Ive done all types of jobs. Small jobs to big jobs. I understand its difficult to find a consistant trust worthy tradesman, I take pride in my time keeping skills, attention to detail and cleanliness ( I always clean up after myself!).
