I have worked for 35 years in maintenance and the last 21 years as a gas engineer. I left British Gas 4 years ago and now carry out all types of property maintenance. This includes all painting and decorating, garden maintenance, fencing and all odd jobs around a house. I'm still gas safe registered. I will turn up on time and always complete the job I'm on before moving onto the next. All schedules and prices will be agreed before any work starts. Hi, I'm Paul! Pretty much all of my career has been involved in the property and new homes industry - running my own Guildford-based business for the past 20 years. I started out doing ski chalet maintenance in Val d'Isere in the early 90's, working on building sites between ski seasons. From there my career took me into marketing roles for national house builders and in my spare time I refurbished a number of Victorian homes.
