He was very polite and did a great job and donated an extra cable tie for some other insulating I’d done myself. He did the job as requested. Lesson learnt for me, I was quoted £120 for supply. He did discount by £10 but materials (insulating foam pipe and cable ties would cost less than £10 so have paid £100 for a 10 minute job. I have paid as that is what I agreed and I will always honour quotes agreed, not realising that was the way the job would be done. The job was going up a ladder (2nd floor height) too high for me, putting an insulating foam pipe on the pipe and using cable ties to keep it in place.

Posted the job the night before and he accepted the next morning. Discussed job and given a quote. He came within 2 hours and completed job, it was a bank holiday so really appreciated the quick response and job done to satisfaction.. did not require balcony concreted but change of skirting board from wood which was rotten and damaged to pvc skirting board, would recommend.
