Latest review:Guttering-I'm very disappointed with Michael's approach. We had agreed upon a daily rate for cleaning gutters at six properties and had set a date two weeks in advance. I had attached a picture of the end-of-terrace, extended house to the advert to avoid any confusion. However, Michael messaged me at 1 pm on Sunday, stating that he wanted a 50% raise, or else he wouldn't come in at 8 am the following morning. This situation felt unfair to me, especially since I had already taken the day off. In an attempt to find a resolution, I proposed a 22% increase to the original quote, but unfortunately, it wasn't satisfactory for Michael. It seems he may have found a better-paying job for that day. On Monday, I posted another advert on MyBuilder and found a person who completed all 6 properties in less than 4 hours for a price lower than what Michael was quoting. Be cautious about what you agree with Michael as he is not to be trusted.
