Very good very efficient kept us up to date on when work would start and what he needed us to do. On the day the shuttering was in place and the concrete pour went without a hitch. Price was really affordable as well compared to some we got Would certainly use again for future projects

I don’t want to post negative feedback because Lawrence is a friendly pleasant person but he doesn’t seem to be able to lay a concrete courtyard at the correct angle and is unsure how a rain soak away should work . He has been back numerous times but I’ve had to call it a day unfinished because I’ve found his skills to be so limited.

What can I say about Bb waste management. Well ben came round and quoted me my first job they did it within a day job was ok. So I needed more fencing so I called Ben again he came round did it again this time was ok a few problems but he assured me he would sort them out which was never sorted out. when I needed the last instalment of fencing to be done. Sigh…….. Keep hearing excuses to come and sort the issue. Was round quick when money was involved but not so quick when I need it to be fixed so far he hasn’t made any attempt to fix the problem or he is claiming it’s not his problem. And he won’t be fixing his errors. so i have taken legal advice into the matter and reported him to trading standards. Also he will be hearing from my solicitor as I will be coming for a refund as I have now had to find professional who knows what they are doing to rip up all the fencing and re do the whole job. What can I say awful job for someone who claims to take pride in their work. this last job is really bad for £1800 for 6 bays of fencing I feel like I have been ripped off. Update job was done a week ago since then 2 fence panels have fallen off completely. Have tried to communicate but days pass at a time then not answering my questions so it’s pointless next stage is legal let a solicitor and go to court to try and get back some of the money. And I’m appalled at MYBUILDER as a company allowing companies like this to not be checked that can rip people off.

What can I say about Steve and his team. Being an ex builder and coming off a not so great experience of a loft extension was cautious in who we chose for our Kitchen extension. I chose SK Builders and their approach to our job was first class and we always had a say in how the job progressed. We had complete trust in Steve and he paid us back in spades. They worked bloody hard in the heat of last summer, always here and slogged their guts out. The work was to an excellent standard and everything was completed, ordered on time. Steve worked around our issues and helped us enormously when it came to the knock through and setting up the kitchen area for us. His team of electricians, carpenters, Paul the plumber and Simon the plasterer were first rate. And all lovely guys. Our job was outstanding and Steve and his team were thoughtful and respectful to our needs. Would easily recommend and have recommended Steve to many people asking who we used. Honestly we could not be happier with the job, which had no major issues at all. It flowed like clockwork. All and all SK Builders should be considered if you are thinking of taking this kind of project, you will not be disappointed with the results.

Josh created new drainage channels and pipe-work for an extension. He was well organised, obviously experienced and did a good job for a fair price. He is a nice lad, polite and easy to deal with and keeps in touch. I’m happy with his work and have already asked him to do a new block paved driveway for me. I would recommend him and his team.
