Double extension and the side of the property, including new roof, facia’s and gutters. After receiving a few quotes from other builders, we found R&M property group. Thom & Jon visited us to talk through the process and we were impressed by their professionalism and knowledge. We were very conscious of staying within our budget, and they quickly put our minds at ease by providing us with a full break of costs for each item of work. We agreed a date for the work to commence in the spring, and except for a couple of minor hiccups early on with the build (none of which were R&M’s fault!) the process has ran really smoothly and the communication throughout has been great including the quality of work. We’ve also had lots of neighbours comment on the work and they have told us they’d definitely consider using R&M in the future based on what they’ve seen.

Luke arrived on time and removed or trimmed the concrete blocks, tidied up afterwards, and took away the concrete. It didn't take long and he charged me less than the quoted price. I would recommend him and hire him again.

Paul answered my post for cutting my parents grass for them now that the size of their lawn has become a little too much for them. Due to the weather and other circumstances it took a while to arrange a first cut date and Paul has been very flexible, patient and communitive during this time. Now Paul has made the first cut of the grass and he did this efficiently and well within the expected time. He did a good job following careful instruction from my parents and they were happy with the result. So much so that we have asked Paul to return on a two-week basis to continue cutting the grass for us.
