The job was to lay my slate patio including prep, rendering edges and ensuring a good finish. Elvis' communication was great- think he actually managed to start within 24hrs (time was a big factor for us to get the house on the market), he tidied away his tools each night and he clearly has plenty of experience at this type of job. He completed the job on time and on budget and we're really pleased with the end result. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend him and his small team and will likely have him back for other works when needed.

Oli carried out the groundworks and demolition at my property and was on site every day with his crew, fully committed and hands-on throughout the job. I am an architect, and this was work on my own home, so my expectations were high. Oli met those expectations fully. He has a strong knowledge of groundworks and demolition, works carefully and methodically, and you can tell he genuinely enjoys what he does and takes real satisfaction in delivering the work exactly as required. He was always in a good mood, easy to communicate with, and a pleasure to have on site. I enjoyed discussing the project and hearing about other jobs he has completed over his 23 years of experience, which clearly shows in the quality of his work. I would highly recommend Oli for any groundworks or demolition works.

I have had a new kitchen put in place of an old one. The works took a week to complete, around 3 days to take out the old units, and the remainder for the new once to go in, and then some finishing works. There has not been any major disturbance in the property during that period and the works were completed according to the initial estimates both time-wise and money-wise. I will not hesitate using Mr. Conachi in the future and will highly recommend his services.

Great job very pleased with the result. Paul's communications from start to finish were excellent, keeping me fully aware of how the build was going. Hard workers turned up every day. It may seem a lot but they were very reliable, on the days expected they were always there and worked through some awful weather doing the best they could. When issues arose they were always clear and thorough in providing the options to resolve and move forwards, was glad to have them.
