Excavate garden, re-turf, landscape, decking and lighting. *****5 STARS***** After receiving various quotes from other builders, I came across A.V.Construction. I was not sure in the beginning as there were only a few reviews, but after speaking with Alek who offered a very competitive quote I decided to hire them. From the get go they were hard at work, working very fast and efficiently. Over the time they spent working on my garden, I built a good rapport with the team. They are friendly, honest and provide great customer satisfaction. I asked for the team to build a BBQ hut from a design and it was absolutely perfect. My garden has been totally transformed and everyone that visits comments on how good the work is. Naturally I will be hiring them again for another job to pave my alleyway. They can do anything! Highly recommended and 100% confidence.

Tony responded quickly to my job. Attended within a day to assess and produce a quote. Quote was competitive and once agreed started job on scheduled day and completed in a very efficient manner and even did a bit more than was required. I can not recommend him highly enough.

We needed an area cleared for a new summer house: the old shed foundation needed breaking up and new foundation built. Also new fence panels and leveling of the lawn with the new areas being covered in top soil and reseeded. Scott came and gave very detailed quote and was amenable to discussion about materials to try to bring the price down. When the guys did the work it was October and we had some very wet weather by the end and everything looked very muddy....but they cleaned up everything really well before they left and all the work was very good quality. They also took care to dig up and re plant many of the nicer plants when clearing the area for the summer house and created a new flower bed. They have also been back to do some tree felling and general clearing up of the garden, and again have done a good job and cleared up after themselves. We would definitely recommend Scott and his team.

Great job very pleased with the result. Paul's communications from start to finish were excellent, keeping me fully aware of how the build was going. Hard workers turned up every day. It may seem a lot but they were very reliable, on the days expected they were always there and worked through some awful weather doing the best they could. When issues arose they were always clear and thorough in providing the options to resolve and move forwards, was glad to have them.

While the person was pleasant to work with and reasonably priced, the quality of work was disappointing. He repeatedly asked for additional money to complete the job he was originally hired to do. Unfortunately, after I mistakenly paid him before the work was fully completed, he never returned to finish it, citing excuses like issues with his van or needing to take his kids to school. If you're looking for reliable and high-quality work, I would recommend seeking someone else. L.B.C is not a business you can depend on to deliver a satisfactory result. I still have additional work to do in my garden, but I will be hiring someone else.
