Latest review:Groundwork & Foundations-Oli and team cleared away an old shed for us and dug out and levelled around 20 sq m of ground before laying a new concrete base and making good the surroundings. We are very pleased with the results and the professional way the work was done. We are happy to recommend OWA Construction and could use them again ourselves.
Paul provided a first-class service. He quickly understood our requirements and got the job under way within a week. Manual digging out two 8-yard skip loads of soil. He and his team were cheerful throughout regardless of the arduous task and very cold weather. We will most likely offer Paul more work in the future.

Latest review:Groundwork & Foundations-We hired Nicholls construction for a large extension which was a 6 month project in total. We had an overall positive experience with them very friendly and helpful. Dan and his team were on hand to explain complicated issues that arose due to our structural issues and provide solutions. Whilst we stayed living on site they took care to not cause much disturbance by building temporary walls. In terms of budget we feel they were very fair with sticking to the agreed fixed quote and happy to sign a contract. We are satisfied with the outcome and would definitely recommend them.
