We as a client were looking for all the usual requirements from our builder but in addition something extra. I have a son with Autism and Severe Anxiety Disorder who struggles with strangers, loud noises, smells and people entering our home. We interviewed 15 builders before settling on Ash and Steve of S.A.S Building Services. We immediately knew from the first meeting they were the ones to be able to fit our requirements. Not only is their work of an extremely high standard, they are professional, efficient, hard working, timely, friendly and have worked through any problems they are faced with, with ease. They have more importantly to us, taken the time to build a friendship with my son, they are calm, understanding and patient with him. Ash, Steve and the team Charlie and Brad have all taken it upon themselves to alert us to any noise, inform us of upcoming work that may affect my son, while working if he goes outside they immediately stop work, listen to him and answer any questions they can in order to allow the build to continue and progress. In fact they have even made him the foreman and given him a role that he loves. I highly recommend them! I will be using them again for ALL future work on my property. 10/10!!
