Phil was tasked with removal of old boilers (2 properties), removal of old pipe work and re-install new heating system. Also to remove and reinstall kitchen plumbing and electrics for a new kitchen install, plus various electrical items around the property. All work was quoted and then completed on time to the agreed budget. Any additional extras were agreed in advance so no shock last minute payment requests.
