Alex installed a Navien combi boiler for me, got it working and running with mains power only though. He never completed the job as should been because as an electrician, I tried many times to connect the thermostat but I failed because as Alex said it needed some dip switches changing. Personally, I shouldn’t be messing with dip switches and as his client I should have the boiler ready for use after install. He stilll not replied to my last texts.
