Luke arrived on time on short notice, observed what needed to be done, and stayed to carry out the work on the agreed price. He was explaining my options beforehand, left the place clean and tidy, and answered any doubts and questions I had. I was very pleased with his work. then why the negative feedback? I paid in cash when the work was completed and was promised an invoice/worksheet later in the day via email - he put down my email address on the spot. no receipt was received, so I texted him the day after. another promise, still nothing. one week later, sent another message via mybuilder. another promise made again, still no receipt received. at this point, I got fed up with the empty promises. lesson learned: pay for the work only if you already seen the invoice!

I wholly recommend Paige/OwlFix It enough for his work. To begin, he came over to inspect the work before giving a very reasonable quote, he was very informative, knowledgable and kept us in the loop at every stage in the process. Paige was incredibly professional and friendly and got the work done in only a couple of days. I especially appreciated his meticulous attention to detail, he wanted to do everything just right and he did. Everything looks and works great and left the house in an immaculate condition. Paige was attentive to all our concerned, amazing communication skills and made himself reachable at every point - day or night. He went above and beyond when he was required to do extra work to ensure we didn't run into problems in the future, which he did gracefully and to an incredibly high standard. We were very pleased with the boiler replacement job completed by the B&R Heating team. Richard was very helpful when he did the site visit / estimate. He arrived when he said he would as did the estimate promptly afterwards. The work was scheduled for a single day and they were able to fit it in very quickly. The guys who did the work were great - really unobtrusive, minimised mess and cleaned up well afterwards. The work was completed as quoted and we had a follow up call from Natalie in the office a few days later to confirm all was well. Good job at a competitive price. Thank you to everyone involved.
