Ben did a grand job, I can't recommend him highly enough. He turned up when he said he would, diagnosed the problem, went and got the part we needed, returned and fixed the problem for a more than reasonable price. The next day when I had stupidly let some pressure out of the system as I thought it was getting a bit high causing there to be fluctuating hot water I rang Ben who again came round at the exact time he said he would, again diagnosed the problem (me!!) and sorted it there and then but wouldn't hear of taking any money for his trouble despite the fact that it was me who had messed things up!! A thoroughly pleasant, polite, prompt and efficient young man who, if he is willing, we will be calling upon in future for our yearly boiler service and any other gas/heating related jobs we may need to have done.
