COWBOY! Avoid at all costs. Absolutely shocking workmanship and completely unprofessional. I hired him to install a boiler and work on first and second fix for the radiators. He did the job badly, not as expected, removed pipes and never replaced them when I pointed the work wasn’t as expected. Then he connected the boiler directly to the mains without considering the stop tap he bypassed which would have caused me issues in the future. He left holes in the walls where plastering was done, that now need to be fixed. Despite countless promises to return and fix the mess, he never showed up. I had to pay another qualified engineer to install the boiler properly, fix the radiators, and put back all the pipework. This has cost me hundreds extra and wasted my time. He still owes me money for the repairs and damages. Avoid this cowboy trader completely incompetent, unreliable, and not to be trusted. Save yourself the stress, hassle, and expense. Stay well clear.

Imran is very professional and extremely flexible. He was so understanding when other tradesman's jobs ran over, rearranging dates for his installations. Imran and his team have done pipe works in the kitchen, installed a bathroom and installed a complete central heating system in my daughters house which needed complete renovation. His work is excellent, he is very friendly and informative and kept us updated regularly with progress . His prices are competitive and there were no extras added to the quote. On completion of each job, the house was left tidy. He has said that we could contact him at any time in the future for advice if needed, as my husband is going to install the kitchen and may need to 'pick his brains'.
