Very positive experience and I would highly recommend this lovely expert gentlemen who has been very professional, clean and tidy and who helped us fixing the problem with out boiler at a very reasonable budget. Contrary to many other plumbers came and quoted for the job we found Vince's quote and advise the most genuine and professional amongst all other. I would definitely recommend him and use his service again.

Abdullateef responded very quickly over the weekend and was able to come out and diagnose the issue the very same day. After identifying that a part was needed, he managed to source it on a Sunday and returned promptly to complete the repair. He was extremely thorough in his approach and took the time to do the job properly rather than rushing through it like many others might. I have saved his number on speed dial and will definitely be using his services again in the future.

OK, OK, yeah, Mark is as wonderful as his feedback states. Cool, calm, collected and personable. The air of a man confident in his skills and in it for the love, not just a quick buck! Issues with our peculiar hot water system, baffling both British Gas and a range of less capable engineers was sorted by Mark - within an hour! Give that man a cigar! Highly recommended, Mark is already airmarked to overhaul and update the entire system in the summer! Am a bit (ok, a lot) OCD but was as if he was never in the house - no sooty marks on my white walls, dirty fingerprints on the glasswork nor the inevitable tool left behind. Thank you sir.

Placed an enquiry in relation to having a new boiler fitted, with gas and heating working and Tony got in touch quickly. He came out to see the house and sent a quote which was competitive. An agreement was reached and All fitted within two days. I’m very grateful for getting the job done before Christmas. The heating took a while due to the pipes which needed more work done but with patience our heating was back when it was certainly most needed! Its winter and we have no heating. We have young kids and told the plumber this. Arranged to meet at 10am the following day after contact. He didnt show up. He didnt call. A prompt through mybuilder resulted in a call. He said he lost his phone and his mother fell down the stairs. We arranged for the following morning. No show and no call. Called both his phones and messaged. A complete waste of time and the kids are cold and getting ill. Untrustworthy person.
