Exceptionally friendly and obliging workman. A good price for an excellent job done. Nothing too much trouble and even took my old sink away for me. (I’m bed bound) Gas hob disconnected and reconnected the same day after the worktops had been fitted. There was a problem with a missing screw. Sourced the spare part and came back the next day to fit it. Helped me no end by recommending another workman to fit my worktops who turned out to be excellent as well. I have no hesitation in recommending Keith.

I paid for a boiler service and a Gas Safe certificate, yet the engineer later admitted he could not remember which boiler he had worked on. This demonstrated a clear lack of organisation and professionalism. A few weeks after the service, the boiler began leaking. He promised to return to inspect the issue but never did. Since then, he has ignored both emails and text messages. This level of unreliability is unacceptable. I would strongly advise others to avoid using him at all costs. Losing your phone is not a valid excuse. You promised to returning on 29/12, yet you failed to do so and made no attempt to inform me. Even if your phone had been lost, you could still have accessed your emails via a computer, tablet, borrowed device, or a public library. If you took your professional responsibilities and your customers seriously, you would have found a way to communicate. There are multiple ways to access email, and the failure to do so reflects a clear lack of professionalism!

Ben did a great job installing our new bathroom. His quote was very clear and he was very helpful when we selected a new suite, tiles and flooring. He did all the work himself to a high standard and was very efficient. Would definitely recommend. Thanks as well for your help with the dishwasher!
