Horrible experience. He said pcb needs replacement so i paid for pcb £185, then after putting pcb in, he said fan also needs fixing which would cost around £200. Even then he is unsure whether the boiler will work or not. Quite pathetic i thought. Told him to leave the job and send the pcb back for a refund. He said company wont take it back as it's been opened. He did not even give me the reciept for the pcb. He made one up himself and whatsapped it to me. It did not have the company's name. Called another gas engineer in and he said there was nothing wrong with the pcb or the fan. The new pcb is actually a refurbished pcb from a store in edmonton. It costs around £50. Called Thomas up and gave him an earful. Telling him this is not how one should run a business. He wont last long. Dodgy guy! please beware

OK, OK, yeah, Mark is as wonderful as his feedback states. Cool, calm, collected and personable. The air of a man confident in his skills and in it for the love, not just a quick buck! Issues with our peculiar hot water system, baffling both British Gas and a range of less capable engineers was sorted by Mark - within an hour! Give that man a cigar! Highly recommended, Mark is already airmarked to overhaul and update the entire system in the summer! Am a bit (ok, a lot) OCD but was as if he was never in the house - no sooty marks on my white walls, dirty fingerprints on the glasswork nor the inevitable tool left behind. Thank you sir.

3 x Rad replacement done for a bedroom. Ihsancan carried out the job quickly, left no mess. Only thing was I had to call him back to come the next day as the heaters were not reaching full capacity which he resolved.

Neville responded quickly and came out the next day. He was polite and carried out the work to the agreed price. He understood the task required and completed the work as expected to remove the radiator and vanity unit. I’d recommend using Neville.
