I hired ojc plumbing & heating to fix a problem with our central heating system as the radiators where not getting hot enough , Ollie was punctual , friendly ,professional and highly knowledgable Even though the job was more complicated and time consuming than first thought he still charged me the price agreed I was very impressed with Ollie and have asked for a quote on a much bigger job Highly recommended

Mark came and we discussed the job, opting to go for a megaflow type system retaining my current boiler that was only 24 months old but moving the location. Mark also organised getting a new mains pipe fitted to boost the flow and pressure and get the property working to its maximum potential, this was really important as we intend to put in another bathroom soon. All the guys worked really hard, were tidy, polite and efficient. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Mark and will no doubt be calling on him again in future. Thanks Mark, top job

great team of guys. did the job in the expected timeframe and to an excellent standard. there were a couple of additional costs that were not in the initial quote, but this was mostly due to an unforeseen levelling in the back garden. when it was identified, Graham communicated clearly the issue and it was quickly resolved. I'd recommend these guys to anyone looking for a neat and tidy fencing and landscaping job in their garden. thanks.

I posted a job to fix a faulty boiler, Bradley responded quickly and told me the problem before I shortlisted him. He agreed the job quickly and the price was fair. When he came over I also asked him about a few other jobs and he did them all the same day for cheaper than I had been quoted elsewhere. He’s experienced but just starting on his own so hope this review gets the ball rolling for him. Will use again.

Came and looked at the job and quoted £350 to fit the hob and change taps to a mixer tap. Booked in to do the job. He arrived 2 hours later than organised to do the job and then realised he couldn't do the pipework for the hob, due to not being able to move the worktop. Said it could possibly break if he moved it. Fitted the mixer taps, but had to be asked to match the hot and cold with the symbols on the taps, so that took a little while longer. Charged 30 quid more than originally quoted to fit the mixer tap.

After extensive discussions and receiving a formal quotation, which I accepted, the contractor assured me he would provide a materials list — this was never sent. When the agreed start date arrived, he failed to attend and ignored all messages and follow-up attempts. This type of behaviour is completely unacceptable and shows a total lack of professionalism, reliability, and respect for clients. I even explained that my family-run business was closed and that the work needed to be completed urgently, yet he still failed to show up or communicate. Just imagine if he had started the work and then decided the next day not to turn up — the consequences would have been disastrous. Avoid this individual entirely — he cannot be trusted to honour his commitments or conduct himself in a professional manner.
