William initially came as a professional polite individual after being scammed from another landacper he came to sort it out he done a good job however when agreeing on price he kept adding things on 3300 was the initial agreement I ended up paying 4700. Even then the garden wasn't complete we got rain and the work he done all sunk. We assumed it was a leak but found out it was natural spring water he promised that he would return to remove the rubbish and finish the planter area he made a contract but as majority of the time once money given you get let down. I didn't expect this attitude from him as he seemed very genuine and understood my situation. He ignored msgs when asking when he would return. There was still £600 worth of work left. I'm very very disappointed and disheartened I now have to find someone else.. he couldn't be bothered to tell me or respond to my msgs. I WOULDN'T RECCOMEND

Conversion of attached garage block and knock through back into main body of the house which is a Georgian Vicarage. Very helpful and sympathetic approach to work at all stages from conception and planning right through all stages of the build. Very flexible in work and able to adapt to all challenges that a such a conversion requires; able to use salvaged / recycled materials to ensure congruence with period features and overall deliver a standard or workmanship and professionalism that was within budget and timetable that could genuinely be described as faultless. Would highly recommend and happy to provide references.

Total refurbishment of community pond. The whole project was completed within the exact time-frame (3 days) that James submitted! The job consisted of draining the existing water after removal of fish. He provided adequate temporary tanks for storing the fish and a large tank for the provision of water. The task then was the removal of existing lining and replace with new! Also, the installation of a new pump and filtration unit for a new waterfall feature. His professionalism, workmanship and reliability were exemplary! I, nor the project management, would have no hesitation whatsoever in recommending James for the highest quality in skill and workmanship. Indeed, he has been awarded the contract for further maintenance and any additional refurbishments at other of the managed sites!

I thoroughly recommend Mike for his hard work building several sets of steps and a Patio, as well as finishing concreting and drainage pipework outside our new extension. He quoted a fair price , proved very competent , and worked full days, remaining cheerful and friendly despite the weather.
