I was amazed with Danny’s work! Danny came to quote for my garden to have a combination of artificial grass, porcelain flags and decking (a complete make-over). He gave an explanation of what and how it could be done. I have no access route to the garden other than through the house which meant the lads had an even bigger job. The team worked really neatly and made sure that everywhere was left spotless. Thanks for my fantastic garden Danny, I still can’t believe the difference!

The whole bathroom renovation project was expertly managed by Matt, taken initiative to complete swiftly to a very high standard, with minimum involvement required from me. Icing on the cake is the contemporary stylish design - I am very pleasantly surprised. Will definitely recommend.

Loft with dormer and renovation of first floor completed. Jordan (new build) has done a fantastic job on my new loft and first floor. At every stage of the build I was kept up-to-date with progress. Jordan and his workers arrived on time and kept my house tidy during the works I changed my mind over a few things but this was no issue for him I wanted some extra jobs doing which again was completed to his high standard s. He is currently completing my downstairs extension and progress is on time and the build is looking very good. He is also doing my garden (fencing and patio ) I have no issue recommending him to do any house projects. He is Skilled Punctual Knowledgeable Organized Competitively priced You won't be disappointed.

We found Engin NW Ltd on My builder. Mehmet came and gave us quote, he was organised with a tape measure and pen and pad, sounds stupid but he was the only person who turned up with them. From start to finish Mehmet and the people with him was so professional, and his quotation was broken down to explain all costs including VAT. Highly recommended 5* experience. We will be using his services again!!

I am really pleased with the work that was completed and would not hesitate to recommend TD contraction and Landscaping to anyone. Tommy created a 10 x 5 meter Patio that involved digging out soil on a slope with a digger, laying footings for a retaining wall, building a blockwork wall with nice facing stones before laying the membrane, type 1 gravel and patio slabs on a full bed of mortar. Steps were than added upto the patio. Tommy’s knowledge of what needed to be done to be complaint with building regs was second to none and the guys worked tirelessly to ensure the project was completed on time to a very exception standard. During the work, understandably things change. In our case, it was a slight redesign due to the gradient of the slope, but Tommy took this in his stride, and we agreed what needed to change.

Not only did we employ Olly and Jay to undertake our fencing works, but also after several meetings employed them to undertake the patio and false grass too. As it turns out, this was one of the best decisions that we've ever made. From the very beginning we were kept informed and advised on every aspect of what was going on, and these guys take the time to listen and answer any of your questions or concerns. Having had several of the more established company's around, these guys were the only ones to address the subject of drainage required and still managed to bring the price in to our budget. The care and attention that they took through out was nothing short of outstanding. They have transformed our back garden from what was a mud bath to something to be very proud of. I myself work in construction and albeit in another trade completely, I do have an eye for quality, and these guys can certainly deliver. Do not be put off by the fact these boys have less reviews than others, they have years of experience between them and fully deserve the success that lays ahead. Sometimes new ventures deserve and just need a chance, Jay and Olly grabbed it with both hands and delivered a job we could only dream of. If you're looking for a quality job at a good price and done by honest people, these boys are the real deal. In short, Highly recommended.
