Joined the British Army at 24 and qualified as an Electrical Engineer, using those skills all over the world for 7 years. Worked for Hitachi Rail (High Speed) next as an Engineer then progressed to Fleet Engineer for 6 years, then joined Siemens UK as a Fleet controller.
