Project at let property. Nick and his team were unfailingly punctual. He was clear as to the cost of the work. They were all polite and very friendly. The work was undertaken in very unpleasant weather but was completed entirely successfully. Work stage reports were given. I was not on site but easily felt able to trust Nick and his team. It is not often that one can unconditionally recommend a tradesman with such confidence - it is well-deserved here. Any additional work was priced, for agreement. Everyone was clear as to the work to be undertaken and the relevant cost. The initial work came in on cost. I will certainly use Nick's services again.

I have been using HS Construction London for many years ranging from a full house refurbishment to smaller unexpected issues. I have always found them to be reliable and genuine. There are never any hidden surprises in the end. Sunny listens to his customers and also gives decent advice where needed. Their work is of quality and has a long life. I particularly impressed with how they complete the job in a timely manner. All the materials that have been used are of great quality; and it shows. In addition, HSC has many contacts such as architects, suppliers etc which has made my life so much easier. Reasonably priced and with great knowledge, i would certainly use them again.

Nigel responded to our post and came over the next day to give us a quote. Upon looking at the job he gave us a very reasonable quote and he also helped us to purchase all the materials at a cracking price. He started the job on time and finished on time as well. We weren't home most of the days and left the back door open for him, he turned up, cracked on and tidied up after himself. In terms of the quality of his work, both my wife and I were very pleased, we wanted the decking area to be done to a high standard as our 19 month old will be playing on it and the finish was excellent. Nigel is very skilled and professional and we will certainly be asking him to do more work for us. We highly recommend him to the MyBuilder community!

We are very happy with the work that Igli did in our front patio and back garden. We’ve used other contractors in the past and have to say that Igli’s and Arber’s attention to detail and build quality is exceptional. Igli was professional, at a good price and very communicative during the whole process. He also made sure that no materials were wasted which kept us within budget. The end result looks great and we’re very happy with how our entrance is completely transformed. Will definitely call again for any additional work we may need in the future. Five solid stars.
