Joshua and his team have done a marvelous job in my garden; which was a flattened waste area. They have been adaptable and interpreted my ideas into a wonderful reality. Even when asked for original plans to be changed they were always amenable to accommodate. It was a joy to have such polite young men to work in the garden. I believed Richards previous clients and was excited to instruct him. However Sadly he has messed me around for 5 months. We agreed a price / work and he said he would start in May. However he took on another job and pushed my garden to mid June. On 7th June he sent an email with invoice stating he would start on 19th June and I needed to pay 2/3rd of the agreed sum on that day £4,226. Sadly my bank refused to send such a sum and phoned me the next day. I asked Richard if I could pay for materials now and the surplus on 19th when he started - this was not acceptable. I spoke with the bank and sent the complete funds the following day. However, unbeknown to me he had already sent an email stating he could not work without trust. As I’d paid the full funds I hoped he would change his mind - he did not. He returned the funds two days later. I don’t often get upset but having trusted him and waited 5 months I am truly gutted. In the mean time - having ordered the greenhouse and bought plants ready for my new garden - I’m hoping the greenhouse doesn’t get broken and I’ll struggle to keep the plants alive whilst I search again for another gardener - and trust/hope they actually turn up.

Very disappointed, as I trusted that this is an honest and professional company. Our garden was done 4 months ago. Positive experience: Communication was good They finished everything in 3 days Big team Initially the wrong fence was installed. We clearly asked for closed board panels and they brought overlap panels. But these were changed as soon as we mentioned it. Negative experience: No official quote was sent, just an email with some text describing the work. The fence was not installed correctly. We've been left with a big gap between our fence and our neighbours fence. Garbage was left on the playground behind our garden (concrete gravel boards and concrete posts, rocks etc). The whole garden was turfed and now weeds are growing. Since the garden was finished I contacted Martin multiple times to come back to cover the gap and remove the rubbish from the playground. He told me that he will come until he stopped replying to my messages. If you decide to hire this company, make sure you double check what they are doing and don't make the payment unless you are fully satisfied, otherwise they won't come back.
