An excellent job - came to estimate and give quote very quickly. Was able to start job within three or four weeks. They did a great job - on time - always clean and tidy. Many admiring glances and comments from neighbours and passers-by. Just got to finish off by fitting gates when they arrive. (My fault for not ordering in time).

Delighted with the completed project. We went with Tim despite him being new to My builder as he was so professional and communicated quickly with us during the the quote process- taking time to talk with us and ensured an accurate upfront quote. He was very reliable during the execution, always turning up on time as planned, we ended up asking him to complete more than the original retaining wall- adding in a new fence and patio. Really pleased with it all, had many compliments from friends. The brickwork is exemplary, he is clearly highly skilled and has a lot of experience. I was particularly impressed at how clean and tidy the team worked- they were incredible respectful of our home & space. Would highly recommend. Many thanks to Tim and team.

Oliver and team did a great job bringing the front of our Victorian semi to life! From the initial site visit he offered great advice on what would look best, which in our case was stripping all the paint off, cleaning the bricks and re-pointing the whole front facade. We also had new walls built, new paving and new railings and gate. We got regular updates throughout including pictures as things happened, and the team were conscious to clean up each day so as not to annoy the neighbours. We are delighted with the end result, and would happily recommend using Oliver for anyone who wants to bring to life their front of their Victorian property.

Amir and team were hired to paint our entire house and they did a great job. Amir is friendly, professional, diligent and pays close attention to details. He is also very well versed in general building trade. Amir is actually a trained civil engineer with years of experience so you’re getting someone who can help in other areas, as well. As a decorator, he sticks to deadlines and is solution oriented. He worked over the weekend to make sure we got a fantastic paint before our move date. I would hire him again for any similar job. I recommend him with wholeheartedly.

There was a very tight schedule to organise this project due to a short notice family medical emergency. I considered placing the project on hold due to short a series notice appointments. That said I found LTS landscapes very efficient, accommodating and most professional. An estimate was agreed within 24 hours and a date to commence and complete the project around the medical appointments was also agreed. The project was completed with the time schedule the time schedule that was agreed and within budget. Liam (from LTS Landscaping) was punctual, polite, cooperative and very helpful. He was a conscientious professional who produced a high standard of work. He worked extremely hard throughout the day (despite difficult weather conditions). I am 100 % satisfied with the end result. I have no hesitation in recommending LTS Landscaping to others. They represent very good value for a very high standard of work. On completion Liam ensured everywhere was clean. I have a larger landscaping project to complete in June / July of this year and my first port of call will be LTS Landscaping.

We are pleased with the overall look and result- it looks good. Tim and his team were very knowledgable with advice on materials and plants. However disappointed the cost increased so dramatically over the course of the job. We didn't ask for any more work when the job was being done but the first quote went up by £1223 (due to big miscalculations) and then it rained and ruined some of Tim's work and we were asked to pay for this to be done again - we felt pushed to meet a middle ground but the work should not have been done in torrential rain (we were in no rush to do the garden and it should have been covered). It made us feel very awkward and we had paid for some of the job already so we were in a corner. At the end we were given another bill for more miscalculations on the paving work/ more work hours and we also had to pay for our builder to re-fix our gate on the back which wasn't properly secured back. Its a shame as it looks good and our neighbours have asked who did it but we wouldn't want them to face a bigger bill at the end. I don't know what went wrong with our garden as Tim has good feedback but we felt upset about the cost rising so much and feel we should not have been put in that position.

Overall, Duo Builders is good and I would recommend for any build work. Pros: 1. Committed to work and informed when not coming on any particular day 2. Had manpower allowing to add more hands if needed 3. Reliable people and nice staff / Team of young members 4. Does and completes work that was planned and agreed Cons: 1. Job took a lot of time than estimated as it was not thoroughly thought how the earth would be moved 2. Very hard to hold off the owner, its important for the client to be stay connected and informed. 3. Bit messy and site gets put of shape than original

Panayot was fantastic. He did exactly what we needed and more. After a short call describing the requirements, he arrived early and was able to work out what needed to be done in a few minutes. From there he managed the work to a brilliant conclusion. Happy to say that I my lack of building knowledge was a not a problem, Panayot made the whole thing look easy! Looking forward to hiring Panayot again for any other building work i need.

Nice and friendly guys, flexible and helpful in choosing the materials, my house had a bad access and the guys worked hard to bring heavy material inside, but that's it. I told Romeo I would not give a bad feedback after I told him to go at the end of the 2 weeks contract, and paid him 50% of job done(debatable) and extra £300 for fence material not initially included in the contract, but I feel a moral obligation to other people who are looking for a good landscaper and also because I have to pay extra for his mistakes. My wife and I were mesmerized by his ability to explain the work, however day by day we were regretting hiring him. His team was always late and slow, on average they worked 6h a day. Quality of the work poor. No attention to details and had to micromanage them. Disorganized, tasks not completed. They didn't want to put the fence posts on the ground at the right depth of 40cm, finding excuses and now we have to pay extra to fix them. House was left dirty every day. We couldn't trust him anymore and we stopped him before laying an expensive porcelain patio. The preparation was going in the wrong direction and his work needs to be undone. Angry. Horror show.
