Excellent, came to quote when agreed. Kept me informed of when he could do the job given the changeable weather. Confirmed the night before and confirmed arrival time on day of job. Price was competitive and the job was done as expected and to my full satisfaction. Would defiantly have him back and recommend him for similar tasks.

Ste Walmsley Building Services were brilliant. It was Ste himself who came at short notice when someone else let me down the day before. He dug a trench for a hedge around the property, exactly as specified and worked efficiently to complete in time. Everywhere was tidied up afterwards. Would highly recommend. Absolutely brilliant, fully licensed rubbish collection service. Fast, same-day response and very reasonably priced. The guy who came round was friendly, worked quickly, and swept up so well it was cleaner than before he arrived! He even threw a few extra bits on the van for free. 10/10!

I hired Latics Landscapes to lay a concrete pad for my greenhouse after they had visited to assess the site proposed for the pad. We agreed that existing block paving would be removed and relaid as a surround to the pad as well as the work relating to the pad. I confirmed the hire after I was provided a quote and set a date to start. I was fortunate that the work started immediately. To ensure the pad meets the exact standard for the greenhouse, Nigel spoke to the manufacturer and followed their exacting requirements. I also am guilty of asking if they could add dye to the pad which he did willingly and which added to the original quote. The finished product is better than I hoped and I'm confident the base is level and meets the needs of the structure/greenhouse which will ensure it's longevity over the years. We agreed on a return date whereby the team will seal the pad and do the touch ups required to ensure the top dyed area blends into the sides. Overall, I'm happy to recommend.

We are very disappointed with Aspire for not coming to resolve the issues we have noticed the next morning after we fully paid them the previous late evening when they stayed late to rush the finish and demanded a full payment. Obviously we should have take our time and inspect the patio after all dry during the daylight before paying them. We wanted an Indian Sandstone patio in Lakeland range with neutral beige and light grey tones which we took our time to go and choose the range ourselves from their suppliers. However what we have now is one side of the patio is neutral beige & light grey tones like we chosen and the other side is dark orange and brown tones!!! We only noticed that the next morning after the patio was fully dry. James initially said we’ll sort it out but he never turned up and now ignoring my chasing messages. We will be seeking legal advice. I would not use Aspire again for other projects and would not recommend them to anyone.

Zak did a fantastic job on the patio - we couldn't be happier! He went above and beyond the basic brief we gave him which was just to simply flag our yard. He delivered a patio which is fantastically designed and landscaped with flower beds and a bench built in at a really reasonable price! The materials provided are of brilliant quality and before, during and on completion of the project he offered expert advice and didn't miss any detail. Zak is extremely hard-working, trust-worthy and a perfectionist - highly recommend! If we need any work doing in the future we will definitely be back in touch - thanks again!
