  I hired wonder design to assemble a 6 door wardrobe on the day the job was booked Ali turned up on time very polite and got on with the job unfortunately after being there only 3 hours he tells me he has another job to get to and has leave my wardrobe unfinished and come back the next day I found this very unprofessional as the job was suppose to be finished in the day and Ali had not mentioned anything about this prior to starting the job but I gave him the benefit of the doubt and agreed for him to come back as everyone has to make a living Ali came back the next day and finished the wardrobes I was initially pleased with the work he had done but after he had left and I inspected the wardrobes as I was putting clothes in them and found multiple cracks damaged wood the door don’t line up properly and one is so unstable is dangerous so I’ve had to send them back to be replaced at expense to myself and Ali has been very unhelpful regarding the situation and won’t give a partial refund

  If there was a zero star rating that I could give for not showing up and ghosting. They said they would show up at 1pm today but they never showed up. Neither did they pick up my calls or replied to my messages. Bunch of people who get nothing out of just wasting someone’s time.

  Unfortunately the job wasn’t done to our satisfaction and we were unable to use the base for a shed as required . We had a lot of friendly discussions about them coming back to put it right but they never did unfortunately.

  Hired this tradesperson for a shed roof repair after he initially appeared knowledgeable and professional. The job was discussed in detail , and he provided a list of materials for me to purchase in advance. I arranged and paid for all materials based on his instructions and confirmed a date for the work. The day before the job, I contacted him to confirm timing and received no response. When I finally reached him by phone, he abruptly said he could no longer do the job, offered no explanation, and hung up mid conversation. He has since blocked all communication. This level of behaviour is completely unacceptable. Cancelling at the last minute without any notice or explanation, then cutting off communication, shows a complete lack of professionalism and respect for the customer’s time and money. I would strongly advise others to avoid this tradesperson.

  Agreed that I will order turf and he will come to lay it for us. Promised to come in the morning to start prep and accept turf delivery. Never showed up for the job,hasn't answered to calls or messages. Luckily neighbour could accept our delivery and now we have find someone else at last minute! Totally unreliable person,so disappointed !!!!

  I went to great lengths to explain what needed to be done. Craig said all the right things and provided an itemised quote. When it came to doing the work Craig realised he had miscalculated the amount of soil to be taken away and tried to charge additional for this. When I pointed out that it was clearly itemised & included in the quote the attitude towards the job completely changed. They couldn’t get out of this job quick enough. I overheard things like “leave it, it’s not our problem”. Craig suggested not doing some of the remaining things and given the drastic change in attitude and general quality of work I had to agree. At the end they left a pile of soil half covering a public footpath and said it would be taken away the next day. I had to chase constantly as I was getting complaints for obstructing a public footpath – but they took no further responsibility. I also found damage to the brickwork. Inexperienced, unprofessional and overpriced. A horrible experience. Stay clear!

  Steer well clear from this company. Adam will promise you everything and give you nothing. I had 5 quotes from different company’s who came out and priced the job Adam asked me to send pictures of the job i needed doing I sent pictures across and said to him 3 times to come and have a look but he said no need and that he would honour the cheapest quote of £750 and that it would be some transformation and he would love the job. I gave him the job as he sounded reliable. The first day he came with 2 others and said it was a standard job. The work they done on the first day was terrible the strimming looked like kids had done it. Then the next day I had a rude text saying I can see you have let the garden go as you are doing 2 jobs to make ends meet and said he would need £200 which I paid he said he would take the shed down and take it away as the next part of the job when I returned home nothing had been done he said he had lost his grinder then he was ill since then no reply

  I hired this guy to assemble a plastic shed. He told me the job would take around 2 hours, but it ended up taking over 10 hours. I paid him for the work, but later that night the side of the shed fell apart. When I checked the structure, many of the screws had not been installed, which explains why it failed. Unfortunately the job was not completed properly and I now have to fix it myself.

  Chris came across as very professional individual showing his work of gardening and lawn restoration. I was very impressed at how he explained whole process and what work needs to be done in the quotation provided. On the day of the job Chris started the work and later realised he under quoted for the work and started charging more then what was agreed. Me and my wife had trusted his words on what work was done for quote but Chris back tracked and said he needs increase price. Anyone using Chris must ensure everything is in writing as he comes across professional but will later give you some extra surprises.
