Initially very happy with the work completed by Giles and the team, the standard of work was very high and even though the project ran over by a week or so was very happy. When signing up for the project I was told I would have a 5 year guarantee on the work done - fast forward a year and the entire patios pointing is just falling out (and it is a big patio). Been trying to get them back to fix it with no luck - say they will turn up and never do. Have seen reviews on other websites and it seems this is a reoccurring problem? So if you need a job done these guy are great - but if anything isn't up to standard, don't expect them to come and fix it.

MASSIVE DISAPPOINTMENT — AVOID Chose R&F Landscaping based on their website and on the quotation visit by Josh Beard. https://www.rflandscaping.co.uk/patios The reality was very different. >>Patio: Poor finish and very poor, uneven grouting. Josh Beard said he would lay it himself; someone else did. See pics. >>Sleepers: Poor cuts, large gaps and moving/insecure. My handyman has since had to fix them. Worst sleepers and cuts he'd ever seen. See pics. >>Quoted: Flower beds, gravel and leftover slabs. >>Delivered: Gaps, no gravel, no leftover slabs. >>Quoted as 3 days, finished in 1, with a wheelbarrow of concrete dumped in my garden. Again, the quotation visit assured 3 days to install in stages. This was a rushed in and out job. >>Paid in full. He has totally blanked me since. So much for his warranty. Josh Beard said he would never risk his reputation on a small job like mine. It looks like he has with this one. Check the photos. Judge for yourself.

Lee was very hardworking & took attention to detail when making the flower bed & listened to everything I asked for. He removed all rubbish from the garden & provided proof of licence for the tip. My garden is looking much nicer ready for springtime. Will definitely have Lee back to mow the lawns & trim the bushes when needed. Very reasonably priced too over £400 cheaper than the other quotes I had & provided a great service. Very Happy!!
