Kris made an absolute mess of a very basic job by not even turning up with the right tools. I gave exact measurements to Kris as to where to install the cat flap but every measurement was ignored - he even cut the hole of the cat flap upside down. Rather than bringing a drill to cut through the bricks cleanly he manually used a chisel and damaged every brick he touched and left a massive hole in the exterior. Cat flap was installed at wrong height, not straight and not flush to wall. He showed a complete lack of care about the whole job. I had covered the floor to protect my new flooring but he even removed that - leaving my floor covered in concrete. He brought a young apprentice who had special needs with him who spoke no English - rather than Kris communicate with me he simply spoke Polish to the kid. Kris showed a complete disrespect to my Victorian property - what he did was pure vandalism. I now have to get the wall re-built and get the cat flap installed properly.

Nanad and his team have been wonderful from day one. We have had them with us a number of weeks doing all the jobs they quoted for and more, they are fast efficient and courteous of the fact we lived in for a lot of the work. Everything has been finished to a great standard and we are thrilled with our house which has been completely transformed. We have already recommended them to friends and will continue to do so and hopefully have them back in future. The guys I hired this team to do underpinning on my outbuilding, finish off the slabs on my patio, and build an entirely new driveway from scratch. They worked incredibly hard and did a fantastic job throughout. Communication was excellent from start to finish — they were always responsive, flexible, and really listened to what I wanted to achieve. The quality of the driveway and all the finishing work is top-notch, and to top it off, they completed everything a full week ahead of schedule. I’m really pleased with the results and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to anyone looking for reliable and skilled builders.

They were great. My new kitchen is fantastic. We chatted before the work started, what was going to happen when, when we needed to get things delivered (kitchen, flooring, taps, lights, fridge, paint etc etc). They kept to the timetable and delivered the project perfectly. They kept me informed when they faced issues (hidden lead pipes that needed tackling, dodgy electrics etc), we worked through the issues as they arose. They even came in and worked a Saturday to catch up time after the plaster took longer to dry because of the cold weather. They were friendly, smiley and they kept an eye out for my inquisitive cats who wanted to help out. They built a temporary barrier to keep the dust at bay and tidied up every night so living amongst the chaos was doable. I have another couple of smaller jobs needing doing and I will be calling them back in. They were skilled at their work and were reasonably priced too. They are now replacing next door's kitchen after I recommemded them.

Unfortunately the gentleman came to at job he wanted to come day . He said he had not transport or tools so I said l would buy some extra things he needed. As it was the Bank Holiday weekend I said next week Monday l messaged him to confirm. He advised he had taken another job and would in possible to start following weekend Monday 28 th of April I agreed he was start at 1pm i waited for about a hour & half. Then tried to make contact with no joy . This was very disappointing as it was my first l was using the app. Furthermore when l hired Leandro I didn’t take anymore quotes. Since he did not have the curtesy to let me know that he was unable to come. I suggest you stay clear of this guy I reckon he had a better offer or was too far away. I was surprised when he told me he lived in Thornton heath as l did my asked for person who lived in my vicinity,
