Confronted with a difficult narrow stairwell and hall for access, the guys worked hard and overcame all obstacles. A high standard of finish and cleaned up afterwards. I highly recommend them, and will contact Karl again for future work.

Vitor actually did not go any work for me as I have decided not to do this work at the end but he was so knowledgable and helpful when he visited my house that I felt obliged to give feedback. I would definetely hire him for a project related to drainage works as he is an expert.

Kris made an absolute mess of a very basic job by not even turning up with the right tools. I gave exact measurements to Kris as to where to install the cat flap but every measurement was ignored - he even cut the hole of the cat flap upside down. Rather than bringing a drill to cut through the bricks cleanly he manually used a chisel and damaged every brick he touched and left a massive hole in the exterior. Cat flap was installed at wrong height, not straight and not flush to wall. He showed a complete lack of care about the whole job. I had covered the floor to protect my new flooring but he even removed that - leaving my floor covered in concrete. He brought a young apprentice who had special needs with him who spoke no English - rather than Kris communicate with me he simply spoke Polish to the kid. Kris showed a complete disrespect to my Victorian property - what he did was pure vandalism. I now have to get the wall re-built and get the cat flap installed properly.

Stefan had to install shelves in the living area and the kitchen. The job involved cutting the wood to spec. Stefan was super professional and presented us with different ways to get the job done including the different types of wood and paint we could use and how it would look aesthetically. Ultimately I was super happy with the results. Stefan went above and beyond to get the job done!
