Horrible experience ever. Though the owner was quick in responding and coming up with quote - is very unprofessional. The quote was increased dramatically after my recommendation to come and see the garden - agreed a contract. Was then followed by another increase in price (once the work began, after several explicit confirmations that the owner was interested in doing the job and can get the job done. He even put the pressure to start the job immediately although in hindsight I could have easily said No). Was then followed by another increase in price. Was then followed followed by digging more than required, identifying clay issue as a problem that he cannot fix, and did not want to come up with any solution than leaving the garden dug out, disposing all the soil, now the garden looks like a pool. In the end, did not even oblige to clear garden waste as agreed during the last negotiation. Very professional and can even yell at you. I suppose this feedback will be hidden - but don’t employee unless you don’t like your money.

I believed Richards previous clients and was excited to instruct him. However Sadly he has messed me around for 5 months. We agreed a price / work and he said he would start in May. However he took on another job and pushed my garden to mid June. On 7th June he sent an email with invoice stating he would start on 19th June and I needed to pay 2/3rd of the agreed sum on that day £4,226. Sadly my bank refused to send such a sum and phoned me the next day. I asked Richard if I could pay for materials now and the surplus on 19th when he started - this was not acceptable. I spoke with the bank and sent the complete funds the following day. However, unbeknown to me he had already sent an email stating he could not work without trust. As I’d paid the full funds I hoped he would change his mind - he did not. He returned the funds two days later. I don’t often get upset but having trusted him and waited 5 months I am truly gutted. In the mean time - having ordered the greenhouse and bought plants ready for my new garden - I’m hoping the greenhouse doesn’t get broken and I’ll struggle to keep the plants alive whilst I search again for another gardener - and trust/hope they actually turn up.

Turned up at time arranged. A great pair of lads, very friendly. Got down to the job, very efficient, clean and tidy afterword. Did my lawns to just how I liked then. Iv booked them again to cut my bushes. And every 2 weeks to keep on top of my lawns. A new, local business, and we'll recommended. I'm well pleased with the job. Thanks lads.

Nathan and his brothers came to my property to do a few small jobs. One was to tidy up a old hard standing and lay some Gravel. Excellent job. He was polite and got the job completed very quickly. Well impressed. A couple of days later his other two brothers return to put up a couple of fence panels and a side gate. All was going well and he had almost finished when they said they had to go and get one small piece of wood to finish off, and tidy off the tops of the post. He said he would be back in a hour. After a number of calls (by me ) over the next few days he has still not returned. I know its only a little job to finish off, but hey, one lesson I have learned is not to pay anyone before the job is completed. Not very happy with them and wouldn't recommend them to anyone as they are not reliable, which is a shame.

My experience with Michael has been absolutely negative. I have hired him to carry out a roof leak repair, and after his suggestions we agreed to replace all the felt and flashing of two velux windows. At the end of the works and after three different visits to our house, very disappointingly we found out that not only he didn't fix the leak, but he just overlapped multiple layers of felt on top of the old one, making the roof non breathable, he didn't install any window flashing and he left multiple broken tiles on. The works costed us almost £3000, no explanation was given to us for the issues caused, and when we asked for the money back he just refused to refund us, saying that he could come and fix the problems, but at this point we feel like we have been cheated and we cannot trust him again. The works and his behaviour have been absolutely unprofessional, and we are forced now to pursue legal action against him to get our money back and hire someone else to do the job again and fix all the issues.
