As i said to Paul I am pleased with the quality of the work . The only problem is that it is unfinished . You said you would do the job for £150 , but they left at 4.00 pm with 2 hrs of daylight left when the when the work might have been completed . At the time I expected to be charged pro rata ie £100 for 2 thirds of the work done . I was shocked when i was invoiced for the full £150 . I was offered Jack your young apprentice to come back to complete the job , but he would have needed supervising the whole time and i am not well enough now to do that . I have fibromyalgia . I was not told at the beginning that the charge for a day is £300 and £150 for half a day . If i had known that i would not have employed you as the work was bound to take longer than 5 hours . Paul and Jack were polite , but Paul is not a gardener . I had to do a lot of supervision . I am not really well enough to do that . Thankyou for your willingness and good manners . I'm not sure whether i will be able to employ you again , given the cost and the amount of supervision needed . Someone who wants to be employed as a gardener should do some training , at a nursery or with Parks and Gardens for example . The customer should not be expected to do the training ! K. L. Davis
