He loves planting out, weeding, pruning and cultivating the garden and also provides maintenance services such as lawn mowing, jet washing and regular watering. His hourly rate is £40/hour. Day rate is £250. Common extras: Compost is £10 per bag. Garden waste removal- £5 per small bag of waste. £25 for a ‘tonne’ bag. All waste is responsibly disposed of. Any plants or pots you would like me to source- price to be discussed. One-off and regular maintenance jobs are both welcome. Hello there and welcome to my profile 😊, My name is Chris, I am based in Hackney, Shoreditch. Please read through my profile, reviews and have a look at my pass project photos to get a sence of the kind of worker I am and reassure yourself that I have the necessary experience and skills to carry out your requested job. I had previously worked as a Groundsman within my regular job for 5 years, I am now looking to work for myself in Gardening/Garden Maintenance full-time. 🪴MY WORK🌳 I can trim hedges/shrubs, strim weeds, cut branches and mow lawns with edging included within small to medium sized gardens, I always bag up all the garden waste and rubbish as I go along and sweep and tidy up everything before I leave. 🧽CLEANLINESS🧼 I keep all my tools clean and well maintained making sure that no diseases are spread to the plants, I have all the machinery and hand tools needed to help me work as efficiently and effectively as possible. 🍂GREEN WASTE REMOVAL🌱 Please be aware that I am only able to take a maximum of 3-4 garden waste bags, if you have an empty garden waste bin that I can use or if you can have them collected that would be very helpful. ⏰️MY AVAILABILITY🗓 My work hours are from 06:00am to 18:00pm, 7 days a week, though I can only start working with machinery at 08:00am. 💸NO HIDDEN CHARGE & MONEY SAVING OFFERS🤑 I will give you the full price before I start the work, once we have come to an agreement I will then start the work. I will never charge back the fees that mybuilder charge me for shortlist fees/tax to my customers, my offer price you received on mybuilder is just a rough estimate which I have judged by your description along with any photos/videos you have shared. My estimates are non-binding (meaning that I can change my estimate and give you a final quote when I view the job in person) 👮🏼♂️PARKING PERMITS🧾 A parking permit is all that I require from you to be able to carry out the work requested. Therefore please register for a parking permit account with your local council if you haven't done so already, all you then need to do is order either a book of tradesperson permits or visitor permit (for shorter stays) If you are unable to provide me with a parking permit please let me know asap as I will need to look up where else I am able to park nearby. 🙏🏼MY GARANTEE🤞🏼 If for any reason you are unhappy with my work please let me know asap and I will try to fix/remedy it free of charge or offer a partial refund. 🏡LIABILITY INSURANCE For both our peace of mind I have liability insurance that covers damage to your property by up to £1,000,000! 🫱🏼🫲🏻MY CLIENTELE🫱🏼🫲🏾 Ideally I would prefer to have my customers come back to me, this way not only do I have regular jobs coming in but it would also build my customers confidence in my work. Please feel free to message me with any queries you may have and I will be very happy to answer! 😊 All the best, Chris (Clear Paths)
