Tristan was quick to respond. I sent a photo of a large dead tree and a price was agreed. He arrived on time and I was very pleased with the result. I hope to use him again in the future.

Please avoid, Isaac and his decorator Sam. Told me the job would take 2 weeks to complete, but took them 1 month solely down to the work ethic and productivity. Also demands full payment before the work has been completed. and refuses to complete the work unless he receives full payment for work he has not completed. The agreement was for me to make half the payment after week one (which I did ) and then full payment after all the work has been completed, which Isaac refuses to do and does not answer calls and refuses to return any messages. Also his friend Sam which Isaac took on to do the decoration has done an dreadful job he also demanded full payment before he completed the work. His productivity and standard of work was appalling. I would not recommend these guys to anyone and we'll definitely not use them again. Also be aware these guys trade under different names.

Did a brilliant job without creating any fuss for what I consider to be a very reasonable price. Where the job had to be done, the area was left in a very neat and tidy state. Overall, would certainly recommend. Cost of work only increased to cover a larger area not orginally included in estimate.

Absolutely delighted to have managed to find this young man. Alex responded promptly to my post. Was able to provide a very competitive quote and was full of detail when discussing the job with him. He achieved a great finish with the full decor on my house. Note ,other 'old-skool' contractors who quoted made the job feel more involved and tricky, no such 'noises' from Alex which was great. Was able to work swiftly and was no hassle leaving him to look after the property whilst I was away. Alex completed the work well within the time frame and was happy enough to help with other things around the house. Great work ethic and communication. A thorough job completed on time on budget. Thankyou very much young man. I've got you on speed-dial ready for my nextt project :)

Daniel replaced a kitchen worktop, sink, tap and installed some extra storage in a small kitchen for me. There was good communication prior to the job and when doing the work. During the work Daniel checked on key features as he did them, making sure I was happy with the work and what was happening. High standard of work which looked incredible and exactly what I had imagined and discussed. After the worktops and storage had been completed after care advice given. A great service and craftsmanship.

Our Victorian brick barn needed restoration; the roof timbers were failing, pushing the front wall forward. We chose Chris because of his confident, thorough approach to assessing the work. His quote was the most competitive, prompt and fully itemised. Chris visited us before the start to explain the rebuild process and to make sure we were happy. He was always prompt and kept us informed of progress and issues always correcting them keeping costs to the minimum whilst maintaining good solid workmanship. My concern was to keep my woodworking workshop dry during the restoration. Chris planned the work so that his bespoke new roof trusses were fitted in stages, gradually replacing the old, keeping the barn covered the entire time even through snow! Using props he dismantled and rebuilt the entire upper front wall under cover. The barn has a neighbour's commercial workshop attached and overlooks a courtyard used by neighbours for parking. Chris ensured that disruption was minimal. We had neighbours say how pleased they were. We now have a fine looking, solid, beautifully restored barn with original old tiles (many painstakingly sourced and replaced to match by Chris from several reclaim yards). We are delighted. Chris was a real pleasure to work with and certainly impressed the neighbours, one of whom has asked him to quote for work while another made sure to take his business card!
