Quick review: Workmanship: 10/10 Experience and Knowledge: 10/10 Pricing: 10/10 Guarantees and Warranties: 10/10 -(No one offered me a guarantee on workmanship other than Rob, which says a lot about his quality of work). Professional relationship: 10/10 -(Made me feel comfortable and at ease). Full review: Rob was so kind with his time and knowledge to help me prepare the floors and pick the right tile for the job. He went above and beyond to help me as I had never had tiles before and I really feel that I would not have gotten a better service anywhere else. Rob was also polite and easy to get on with. As a single mum I never felt uncomfortable with having him working on the floors when I was alone or out of the flat. He really did make me feel safe and worked very hard to complete the work. He is hard working and professional. Now that the work is done the floors look amazing. Thanks to his knowledge and workmanship I now have floors to be proud of for a life time. Rob really has a passion for tiling and it shows in his work. I hope to hire him again for any of my future projects so I would recommend him for any of your jobs. A first class Tiler!!

We were looking for work to be started immediately as a result of the grout and mastic failing in the shower of our en-suite bathroom resulting in puddles of water appearing in the bedroom next door. Sarah from The Rose Squared contacted me and after looking at their reviews on other sites, I met them at the property (and on time) and they immediately diagnosed the problem, which in essence was that the builders of the property had done an appalling job of installing the shower and tiles in the shower area. The job became a lot bigger when the ‘damaged’ tiles were removed and the plaster boards behind were discovered to be in need of replacement (wet and mouldy!). In the end the whole shower was rebuilt with it being tanked and retiled properly. Sarah and Peter kept me updated throughout with the work required and the price of the job. They also made good part of the wall in the bedroom and put new skirting board in there too. They also repainted the affected wall and the ceiling in the en-suite. The finished result is exceptional and was done at what I believe to be a good price. They always attended when they said they would and even worked at the weekend and into the evening, to fit in with us and to get the job done quickly. They were tidy and ensured all the floors were covered and protected before they started work. They have recently moved to the Norwich area from London and I would most certainly recommend them. London’s loss is Norwich’s gain.

Professional from quote to completion. Kept me informed all the way through the job, taking photos where I was unable to see for myself. Area was tidied up daily, and was actually cleaner when the job was finished than before. Would definitely recommend and will be using Darren again in the not too distant future.
